Grown in the heartlands of Jalisco province in Mexico, our premium blue agave is carefully cultivated to ensure the rich depth of flavor and smooth character that define Spirit Master's tequila. Our blue agave thrives in the ideal climate, nourished naturally by the sun and rain, and is harvested at peak maturity to capture its full essence.

Once harvested, our expert meticulously hand-cut the piñas, which are then cooked to extract their natural sugars. Using a balance of traditional techniques and modern innovations, we ensure every step of the process maintains purity and consistency.

Fermentation is a key step in our process, where the extracted juice develops its unique character. Our tequila is then distilled twice, first in stainless steel and then in copper pot stills, ensuring smoothness while preserving the blue agave’s essence. Each cut is precisely made to achieve the perfect balance of purity and depth.

OUR AGING PROCESS

Aging is at the heart of El Kalabao’s signature profile. Sourced from the famed blue agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico, our tequila is mellowed for 21 days in a mix of American and French oak barrels—creating a perfectly balanced, full-bodied spirit with smooth notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice.

Produced in Mexico and bottled in India, El Kalabao undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets international standards. Each batch is tested for purity, consistency, and smoothness before being exported to Thailand, where it is re-tested in certified labs for compliance with FDA and excise regulations.
